Describe raises $750K pre-seed round

Our mission

At Describe, our mission is to give healthcare groups their time back.

Today we're sharing that we've raised a $750K pre-seed round led by Leonis Capital, with participation from Telora and the founder of Spring Health.

This funding helps us move faster on the product our customers use every day.

Why we started

Emergency medicine groups and urgent cares still run on older software and tools that don't connect. Schedules live in one system, payroll in a spreadsheet, and credentialing in someone's inbox.

Their teams spend hours each week on this work by hand, and that time comes from the people who keep the practice running. We started Describe to bring it all into one place.

What's next

We're using this funding to grow the team and expand the AI features that take repetitive work off their plate.

That starts with scheduling, then extends to payroll, performance tracking, and credentialing, so every part of the operation works from the same data.
